對于老隊員的管理來說,既要做他們的“嚴師”,又要做他們的“益友”,要寬嚴相濟。工作中要做隊員的“嚴師”,堅持高標準、高要求,要求隊員嚴格遵守相關法律法規和公司的各項規章制度,一絲不茍地完成客戶交辦的各項任務。日常工作中還要注意在崗位安排上爭取隊員的意見,在力所能及的范圍內合理調配,盡量做到讓隊員滿意。生活中要做隊員的“益友”,要關心隊員疾苦,盡力為隊員“減負”。比如有的執勤點居住環境艱苦,我們就出面找客戶協商解決;有的班組隊員工作比較單調,我們就發動隊員開展娛樂活動;對于有食堂的單位,我們主動與領導協商,解決隊員就餐問題,隊員們吃好了,工作起來也帶勁。
